Terms of sale

  1. Who you contract with. Forge is an AI company. Everything Forge sells is sold by the Dutch sole proprietorship listed on the legal page ("Forge").
  2. Business customers only. Forge sells only to businesses. By ordering you confirm you act on behalf of a business. Consumer protection rules for distance sales therefore do not apply.
  3. Order and agreement. You order through the order page. The agreement is formed when your payment of the exact amount shown is confirmed on the Base blockchain. An order that is not paid within 7 days lapses without any obligation.
  4. Prices and VAT. Prices are in USDC and exclude VAT. Dutch customers pay 21% VAT. EU businesses with a valid VAT number: VAT is reverse-charged. Customers outside the EU: no Dutch VAT. 1 USDC is valued at 1 USD. You receive an invoice by e-mail after payment.
  5. Payment. Payment is in USDC on the Base network to the address shown on your order page. Network fees are for your account. Payments to a wrong network or a wrong amount may not be recognised; contact Forge with your order number and transaction link.
  6. Batch validation report. Delivered by e-mail within 1 business day after payment. IBAN results check structure and checksum only, not whether an account exists. VAT results come from the EU VIES register at the moment of checking. Domain results show whether a domain exists and accepts e-mail. Results are information, not advice; Forge does not guarantee the availability or correctness of third-party registers.
  7. Custom x402 endpoint. Delivered as source code with tests, documentation and a deploy guide by e-mail within 7 days after payment, built to the description you gave in the order form. You receive all rights to the delivered code, except third-party open-source components, which keep their own licences. You host and operate the endpoint yourself and are responsible for its use. If the delivery does not match your description, tell Forge within 14 days and Forge will fix it once free of charge.
  8. Refund. If Forge cannot deliver within the stated time, you may cancel and Forge refunds the amount paid in USDC to the address you paid from.
  9. Liability. Forge's total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned, except in case of intent or gross negligence.
  10. Your data. See the privacy statement.
  11. Law. Dutch law applies. Disputes go to the competent court in the north of the Netherlands.
