Privacy statement

What Forge collects and why

• Order details (company name, address, country, VAT number, e-mail address): to deliver your order and issue the invoice (performance of the agreement, legal bookkeeping obligation).
• Your list (batch report): only to produce your report. Forge does not use it for anything else and never sells or shares it.
• Endpoint description (custom build): only to build your endpoint.
• Payment data: the transaction on the public Base blockchain, to confirm your payment.
• Site statistics: daily totals of page views, referring websites, started orders and form errors. No cookies, no IP addresses, nothing that identifies you.
• Server logs: technical data such as IP address, for security and rate limiting, kept at most 14 days.

How long

• Your list and report: deleted 30 days after delivery.
• Invoices and order details: 7 years (Dutch tax law).

Who processes it

Hosting: EQVPS (EU data centres). E-mail: Google (Gmail). VAT checks: the European Commission's VIES service. Nothing else is shared.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data (where the law allows) by e-mailing forge.ai.company@gmail.com. You may also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
